Fixed windows- This type of window is typically used higher up in the sunroom where the windows will not be opened and closed.
Casement windows- Casement windows are hinged windows that typically swing outward. These allow you to open the whole window.
Awning windows- Awning windows are also hinged windows but these are hinged at the top. This type of window typically opens with a crank.
Double hung windows- Double hung windows open from the top and the bottom. If both the top and bottom sashes are open about half way, this allows for maximum air flow.
